Ethanol Fueled Fires

We have partnered with Modern Elements – a Montreal based company – to bring you world class ethanol fireplaces.  Modern Elements introduces its line of innovative environmentally friendly open fireplaces to cater to our FIRE element. With our sleek and optically stunning models, our goal is to enhance your home visually and allow you to enjoy modern innovation.

Our ethanol fireplaces do not require any installation or utility connection for fuel supply which makes it ideal for almost any architectural environment (condo, single family home, restaurants, hotels etc..). The fireplaces are fuelled by a renewable modern energy named Denatured Ethanol, which burns free, emits no fumes, environmentally friendly and is virtually maintenance free.

Gel Fueled Fires

As as apartment or condo dweller you have a new option for a ventless fire; the Gel Fueled Fireplace.  The Gel Fire is ventless and uses a smokless, non-toxic alcohol based gel.  If your in an apartment or condo in the city, and you are not buying a gel fireplace for the heat, then this fireplace has the look and feel of a fire that you want.  These fireplaces do a great job and we invite you to drop by our showroom for a demonstration.

The Fuel

Venturi Flame gel fuel is clean-burning, non-toxic, and leaves no soot, smoke or ashes behind so there’s no messy clean up.  The flame created by this fuel has a crackle like a realistic wood-burning fire.  Each can burns for approximately 80-90 minutes, and can be re-capped and re-lit at a later time for shorter fires until all gel has been used. It comes in individual 14oz. cans (24 cans per case).

In Summary some key differences between Venturi Flame Gel Fuel and pourable ethanol fuel:

• It is a viscous (thick) gel, not a pourable material.
• Comes in a can vs. a bottle.
• Safety tested and UL listed for use with all of the OGC gel-burning products.
• Isopropyl alcohol based

LED Electric Fireplaces

We are very excited to once again introduce a new product to the Greater Kingston Market – the LED Fireplace by Modern Flames.  Unlike traditional fireplaces, these fireplaces do not require any chimney.  They are available in 3 sizes, 38 inch, 58 inch and 95 inch.
